Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FIM Agent platform and related services provided by Beijing FeiMu Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("FIM," "we," "us," or "our"). This includes the FIM Agent open source software, cloud-hosted services, commercial editions, documentation, and support services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. You must: • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization to enter into agreements • Provide accurate registration information • Use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Not use the services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data

FIM Agent is released under a Source Available license. The open source license permits internal use, modification, and embedding into your own applications. Restrictions include: the software may not be used to build multi-tenant SaaS platforms or directly competing Agent platforms. Full license terms are available in the LICENSE file on our GitHub repository. Our trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of FIM and may not be used without prior written consent.

FIM Agent integrates with large language models (LLMs) and AI services. Please note: • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be verified by qualified professionals before acting upon • We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs • Third-party services (LLM providers, MCP servers, integrated systems) are governed by their own terms and we bear no liability for their availability or performance • The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind for the open source edition

Your data belongs to you. For self-hosted deployments, all data remains on your infrastructure under your full control. We do not access, collect, or transmit any data from self-hosted instances. For cloud-hosted or managed services, we process data solely to provide the contracted services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to: • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible) • Emergency security patches • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, infrastructure failures) For Enterprise edition clients, specific uptime guarantees are defined in the SLA agreement.

The Community edition is free. Professional and Enterprise editions are subject to pricing agreed upon in your service contract. Payment terms, billing cycles, and refund policies are specified in individual service agreements. LLM API costs are not included and are paid directly to your chosen model provider.

You may stop using our services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination of commercial services, we will provide reasonable time for data export and migration.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Beijing, China.
